Distilled from a mash bill of 70% rye complemented with corn and barley (all 100% certified organic grains from Myer Farm), this Rye opens with orange zest, maple syrup, absinthe, creamed cereal, and cinnamon before rounding out with traditional notes of rye grass and spice. 90 proof.
